You pay for the role to be filled, not for the candidate. This means if a candidate we place doesn’t work out, we run the full 8-step process again. From scratch. Same rigour, no shortcuts, no recycled candidates just to get it off our plate.

The fact that it needs to be a stated guarantee tells you everything about the state of this industry. Re-poaching your own placements, approaching people you placed with a client to move them somewhere else for another commission, is common practice. It is gross. We think it should be illegal.

 

Your hire is yours. We will never contact them again, offer them to another client, or benefit from their movement. Ever.

We don’t see a cent until the role is filled with the right person. Every hour of discovery, ad writing, screening, profiling, and reference checking happens at our cost until we deliver.

Traditional recruiters are paid a percentage of your new hire’s salary. Which means they are financially motivated to push your payroll up. And we have learnt first hand when put up against other recruiters that they will and do try and convince you to pay the candidate what they think you will accept, not what the candidate is worth.

 

We believe that recruiters are single-handedly responsible for the massive inflation of salaries in certain industries by forcing employers to pay more, knowing how desperately they want the role filled.

 

We charge a fixed fee agreed before we start. We have zero incentive to inflate what you pay your new hire, and on average our clients save $8,469 per placement in salary alone as a result.
