Business & Role Discovery
Deep dive with the owner to understand goals, strategy, management style and success metrics. We define what the hire must achieve in the first 12 months.

Team Audit | context and alignment analysis
We conduct a Team Audit on the whole business (ideally) or minimally Personality profile the core team the candidate will join or lead. This is so we can screen for true cultural alignment to the real environment, not just a generic statement.

Success profile and non-negotiables
We translate the discovery into a documented success benchmark, covering the role’s outcomes, KPIs, performance indicators and any true must-haves. This way, every potential candidate is measured against this to find the right fit. This replaces “X years of experience” with measurable ability.

Weaponised job ads
We write a bold, honest job ad that speaks to high performers and repels misfits. We choose channels and outreach that fit the role and market, without shotgun database tactics.

Knowledge Analysis & Testing
We run knowledge analysis that quickly confirm essential knowledge or licences and test real-world thinking.

Performance Assessment Questionnaire (PAQ)
Our interviews interrogate previous role functions, KPIs, achievements, improvements and comparisons to peers. We seek specific numbers, proof of impact and evidence of true initiative.

Personality and Centricity Profiling
We use validated screening tools, such as proven personality profiling and benchmarking systems, to profile how candidates show up under pressure, how they prefer to work and whether they are goal-centred or self-centred. These are compared with other team profiles using a data dashboard to predict friction or flow.

Reference verification & cross-questioning
We conduct independent reference checks to truly verify the candidate’s claims. Through deep questioning and scenario assessments, we check achievements, knowledge, performance levels and behaviours, while resolving mismatches before we place someone. This is not a box-tick; we ask open questions to really dissect real candidate performance.

We’re not commission-based, we don’t “sell” candidates, and we actually measure success by retention and performance ‐ not placements.

Do you work with small or large businesses?
We work with owner-led businesses where we can access the owner. This is required because how we hire is so different that understanding of it has to be shared from the top down.
Can you guarantee results?+

Yes. Every placement is covered by a replacement guarantee ‐ no excuses, no recycled candidates, no spin. The only exception to this is where the role is super technical or difficult where we put this through a ‘trial’ first.

What happens if the person doesn’t work out?+

We re-run our full 8-Step Hiring Process from scratch, at no cost to you. Same depth, same quality ‐ never a shortcut.

Do you only do full recruitment?+

No. You can use us for specific parts of the process; Personality Profiling, performance interviews, reference checks ‐ through our Screening Portions service.
