How is Talent X different?

We believe that the general way recruiters hire is flawed, subjective and a conflict of interest.

When a recruiter is paid commission, they are motivated to increase your payroll. 

This might result in recruiters giving preference to candidates with higher costs or salary expectations, rather than considering equally qualified candidates who could be more budget-friendly for the company.

The commission-based payment structure can also lead to recruiters pushing candidates to accept job offers, even if they are not the best fit or do not align with the candidate’s interests and career goals. 

We are trying to take as much responsibility for the quality of our candidates as we can, and we would like to see the industry do the same. 

I guess what we are trying to say is that we are in the business of recruitment accountability.
