COURSE CONTENT

There are 3 components to this course:

TEAM SURVEY

No permanent improvement can be made without a true picture of their strengths and weaknesses. We want to know what the manager themselves sees, but also what their staff see. We match these two stacks of data to determine the true areas the manager needs to focus on and improve.

The survey is done by the Talent X team prior to starting the course and is compulsory. Your team are asked anonymously to score the manager on different areas of management including development, communication, mentorship, EQ, effectiveness, etc.

The result? We will know exactly what weak points your managers have so that they can get the most impactful change.

COURSE CURRICULUM

This course will teach and walk you through how to:

Look at your team through a financial lens so it is profitable and brings the correct ROI.

Hand over a role to someone else permanently.

Mentor & develop your team in a way that extends their longevity & engagement using our Mentorship Model.

Get to the bottom of every staff issue and find tangible solutions you can agree on as a management team.

Create useful and simple KPIs that are actually used.

Learn the balance of Macro vs. Micro Management.

Learn how to get the most out of any type of staff member and what the different types of staff members are.

Permanently upskill your team and be seen as their mentor and inspiration.

How to balance rewards vs. reprimands (one of the toughest management topics) using our Tolerance Scale.

Ensure your team is productive and present at work when they have things going on in their personal lives.

Improve your own confidence and certainty as a manager that can be emanated throughout your team.

MANAGER POLICY HANDBOOK

Not only is the course content in-depth and valuable, but as an inclusion of the course price you will walk away with a Manager Policy Handbook full of policies on how to manage teams the way you want them managed, based on all of our management tools.

Throughout the course you will be making this with your managers and trialling it to ensure it works. You will be given all templates to do this including Job Descriptions, rewarding and reprimanding, performance review processes, team mentorship and correction, etc.

This consolidates all of your learnings and turns it into actual IP you can use hereafter. You can then onboard new managers with your handbook and send them to the course for the real-life training, drilling and experience.
